At Unhinged Onesies, we want you and your little one to love every purchase. Since our products are printed on demand just for you, please read our policy carefully.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom-made when you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues or change of mind. We encourage you to check our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we've got you covered! Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Wrong Item Received

If we sent you the wrong item, contact us right away and we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has likely already begun and we're unable to cancel.
