How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your size and style, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, head to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope! You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and save your details for future purchases.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the perfect fit. Our onesies are designed to be cozy and comfortable, so when in doubt, size up!

Do your onesies run true to size?

Generally, yes! Check the size guide on each product page for specific measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend going up for a more relaxed fit.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally soon — stay tuned!

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package's journey right to your door.

What is your return policy?

Because every item is printed to order just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders.

That said, we stand behind what we sell. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or there’s any other issue with it, please contact us and let us know what happened.

How do I care for my onesie?

To keep your onesie looking and feeling great, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble drying on low. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on any printed designs.
