How to Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. Simply click the link in your email or enter your tracking number directly on the carrier's website.

When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?

Tracking numbers are sent via email within 1–3 business days of placing your order. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

My Tracking Isn't Updating — What's Going On?

It can take up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent. This is normal! Carriers sometimes take a little time to scan packages into their system. If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

My Order Shows Delivered But I Haven't Received It

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, we recommend:

• Checking around your door, mailbox, or with neighbors
• Waiting 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early
• Contacting your local post office or carrier with your tracking number

Lost or Damaged Package?

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier and work to make it right for you.
